This year, business will be all about unlocking hidden opportunities. If you think you are maxed out on what you can do, you need to look more closely at what you have at your fingertips. No matter where you are in the chain of command with the services you are providing, the question is: What could your end consumer possibly desire above and beyond what you are already offering them? Every day we all wake up to new trends in technology and science, but the real values your customers are yearning for have been the same since the dawn of time. Helping them be loyal to themselves will win their loyalty back to you. Activate in a whole new way the same care and concern which prompted you to start what you are involved with. Treat them as the most important reason you are doing what you do and not only will new opportunities start presenting themselves, they will go farther than even your own imagination can take you on its best day. Be ready. Before you even know it, there will be more for you to do than you ever asked for.

How this energy affects you in your social life:
Just when you thought you have seen it all, your life may get even more interesting than you could ever imagine. There are more dynamics you can activate with both your immediate and outside environments once you are open to other possibilities outside the box. First of all, it may be no secret what others want out of a relationship with you. It could be the same as what your desire is with them – to be the best you can be for yourself. From there, decide how you can achieve this by sharing what your inspiration and aspirations are. When you wake up in the morning, tell yourself and your guidance you want to have the best day you have ever had and get ready to conquer the world. By the end of the day, you will feel you have given it your absolute best and this will take you to even greater heights every waking hour. Make the most from your mutual time with others. Share confidently from the heart about your own experiences, what moves you, makes you tick and keeps you going. Let others share who they are as well. Respect and inspire them to join you in streaming toward your dreams and make sure you help them to achieve theirs. This is what life is all about.

There is nothing like winter.

Beautiful and refreshing wisps of cold air running across your cheek will uplift your energy so you are ready to clarify everything in your life. This is a time to bring out your sunny personality, just like the bright sun reflects off of the fresh snow on the ground.

If you are not successful during this season, it is because you have bypassed one of the most important personality types pertaining to the four spiritual gifts of prophecy (inner knowing), clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairaudience (clear hearing) and healing (inner feeling). This visionary gift will make or break anything you are focusing on accomplishing over the next three months.

Remember, you are not alone. When you feel chills or goose bumps on your physical body, this means you are always backed up by a team of spiritual guidance or helpers you contracted with to give you insights into what you came here to do. They are master souls who have graduated from planet Earth and have a sublime energy void of any likes or dislikes that get in the way of relating to people. They are always giving you at least eighty to ninety hunches, visions, ideas or feelings – every single day.

When you learn to communicate with them directly, you can even ask them whether the inspiration you are getting is coming from them or your imagination. This frees you to make better decisions and go by how you feel rather than by how you think. Once this insight is clear in your mind, start getting a picture of what you want to do with it.

During December, January and February, you will be experiencing the clairvoyant way of deciding more about your direction in life. This is the spiritual gift that formulates a picture or vision in your mind. Without this, you cannot create what you truly desire and want to come to fruition. It is a very colorful energy and it pays attention to details when it comes to organization and efficiency.

What happens when you lose the picture of what you want to see happen? For some people, it creates a feeling of being overwhelmed and a lack of direction. Take the time to write down on paper what you envision and how it can be of service to yourself and others. Do not compromise on what you see in your mind or think it is impossible to do. Some people have the clairvoyant gift as their first, others second, third or fourth. No matter where this intuitive perception is for you, unfold it and it will work wonders.

The key for this time period is to stay away from being critical of yourself and others. There is nothing wrong in evaluating another person’s energy and deciding how much time you want to spend with them. But being judgmental will only slow you down from realizing that everything on planet Earth is a means to an end – and not an end in itself.

This is especially true with the people who are the closest to you. If you look at their positive traits and not at the negative ones, you will realize they are in your life for a reason. Love, respect and concern can cut through any emotions or ups and downs you or others may be experiencing around you. Say a kind word and you will realize healing does not just come through the hands.

Finally, do not attempt to cram too many projects into your life over this winter season. Clairvoyants are famous for wanting to have everything they see in their mind happen immediately. This can be too much to handle, so remember to put everything into a priority order you can live with – essential, important and trivial. This will alleviate most of the pressure so your energy stays smooth and consistent throughout until the energy changes into the clairaudient gift of being totally directed in the spring.

What do you want to create?

Now is the time to do it. The soft prophetic energy just moved into planet Earth today and will cause you to plan ahead for the new spiritual year (see The Energy of the New Spiritual Year for September 1, 2012-August 31, 2013 is ULTIMATE).

Because this energy is all about having an inner knowing and following your hunches and impressions, once you have defined all of your goals for the next twelve months, you can move forward with confidence that nothing will stand in your way.

The key is to make what you want to accomplish practical. If it is just a theory or a whim, it will never happen. You need to formulate a picture in your mind then pin down the facts of HOW it will happen with all of the important details so your ideas do not just stay in your head. Many people have great dreams, but lack the follow-through. Do not let this happen to you.

If you allow your energy to get scattered over the next three months, this could undermine your drive and incentive. For example, if you are driving from Texas to New York and find yourself in Florida when it is time for you to cross the George Washington Bridge, you may have wasted valuable time doing for others what they need to be doing for themselves.

This is a metaphor for staying the course and keeping your standards high by making sure nothing stops you from accomplishing your personal life mission. Do not ever think you do not have the tools or talents to go for what you want. If you need help, ask for it. Never let false pride keep you from getting other people involved in your life. Everyone loves to be of service. They just do not want to be a servant.

Not putting off for tomorrow what can be done today is also a big key for success in the next quarter. Procrastination is the worst trait you can have. It promotes laziness and blows the timing of what you need to do first, second, third and fourth, etc. Those who develop this habit usually look at others and wonder why they are not as successful as them. This can create jealousy and envy – one of the enslavements of the soul. Do not indulge in this behavior. You can change it – instantly if you want. Do not hesitate!

Finally, the prophetic energy or gift is all about trust. When you trust yourself, you will never be alone. You always have yourself at your own side encouraging you to do what is right for you. If your ULTIMATE goal is to be the best at what you do, you will always do the best you can do.

Have fun and you will realize every single day is a holiday of (not from) doing what you came here to do.

What is a new spiritual year?

A spiritual year is when the new energy of motivation and desire come into our consciousness and we plan what we want to accomplish over the next twelve months. This is not the “calendar year” which is more intellectual and follows another pattern.

This energy is more for the sensitivity or feeling side of life. It defines our “inner compass” of direction and wanting to do more for ourselves and others. Each spiritual year is divided into the four seasons. Every three months, the energy changes based on the personality types of the four spiritual gifts of prophecy, clairvoyance, clairaudience and healing.

We just finished the last quarter year of healing. This is when you usually wind up your goals and affairs for the year and regroup while relaxing for the summer or, if you are down-under, hibernating for the winter. The energy defines how you feel, think and act no matter where you are in the world.

We are now moving into autumn (Northern Hemisphere) and Spring (Southern Hemisphere) where the prophetic energy takes over and our creativity abounds while the big picture of what we want in our personal, business and social life is planned and executed (more about this in Autumn is the Prophetic Season blog post – September 1, 2012).

In order to move forward into the new spiritual year for 2012-13, it is important to regroup what the past year meant to you and what you specifically learned from it. The energy for 2011-2012 was MOBILIZE. Here are a few questions to ask before you are ready to challenge yourself over the next twelve months:

1.  What did I accomplish for myself in the last spiritual year?
2. How loyal was I to myself?
3. What did I learn about myself?
4. What could I have done differently?
5. What were my highlights?
6. How did what I learn prepare me for the new spiritual year?

ULTIMATE

The coming year will be a time of living to the ULTIMATE. You are now ready to make what you have been planning into something more solid and concrete. Your standards will need to be the highest they have ever been and it is important to clarify your own inner policies and processes, the rules and regulations you live your life by. By being loyal to yourself first (meaning making yourself happy before you try to make others happy), you will be an inspiration to many people in your immediate and worldly environment.

Before you can do anything for anyone else, decide what your ULTIMATE goals need to be this year in your (A) personal Life (B) business Life and (C) social Life. Do not compromise. Allow it to formulate and build it step-by-step in your mind so you do not take anything for granted. Do not make excuses for yourself (or others) because this will undermine everything you are setting your energy to do. Do not say to yourself: I do not have the money or the time. If you truly want it, it will happen – as long as you organize yourself with the facts of (1) what (2) when (3) where and (4) why. The fifth “w” (who) is what you and others will personally gain from what you have created.

Everyone comes to planet Earth with a mission in mind. We did not come here NOT to be successful. We especially did not come here to suffer or undermine our talents and abilities to live our potential. As long as you have the passion to do the ULTIMATE, nothing can stand in your way – not even yourself!

Action is in the air. Involvement is what we are all seeking during the summer in June, July and August. During these warm months (at least in the northern hemisphere), you will start to feel as if you want to complete what you have been working on during the Spiritual Year 2011-2012 (MOBILIZE).

Each of the seasonal three-month periods coincides with the universal order of the four spiritual gifts. September through November is a prophetic energy of creativity and fun, December through February is a clairvoyant energy of organization and high standards while March through May is the clairaudient energy of direction and accomplishment.  As we embark on the healing (or feeling) energy of June through August, we are now gearing up to put the final touches on the inspiration received at the beginning of September – and, oh, how great it is!

This bubbly energy will help you forge new relationships, both with the people you are enjoying now and the ones you will attract during this new season. This is not a time to hold back. For the next three months, you will see all of the details of your initial plan fall into place like bees on honey. Use this opportunity to focus on exploring and discovering new ways of using your inner guidance. If it feels good, just do it.

From now until the end of the summer, the best approach to life is to relax and let it flow. The fear of success only happens when you push yourself over the finish line rather than simply letting go and allowing the momentum to carry you over the threshold. Do not look back as you may lose a little of your timing.

As long as you have planned, communicated and acted well during this spiritual year, you will achieve everything you have set out to do. The reward will be the fulfillment you get if you regroup what you have experienced, what you have learned and what you would have done differently during the last twelve months. The energy changes with the seasons and coincides with the four spiritual gifts starting with the new Spiritual Year in September. For the first three months, it is prophetic energy – which is all about the big picture and creativity. The second quarter is for clairvoyants – a clean, organized energy which requires everyone to be very efficient.

On March 1^st, we move into the very high and directed energy of clairaudience. During this season, working with the facts (what, when, where and why) helps you accomplish ten times more than what you originally envisioned. Everything will move faster now that the holidays are over because it takes some people almost three months to get over the emotions of the social times in November and December. Now, it is best to move forward with the projects you have been planning.

During the months of March, April and May stay on track by focusing on what you want – not what others want for you. Coordinate with people who can help you so you do not become a one-man or one-woman operation. Take a step-by-step approach to everything so you can check off each item one by one. Every time you finish one project, you can move to the next one.

Over the next three months, it is important to maintain an inner calm and listen to your inner voice. This way, you will get the inspiration that comes directly from your spiritual helpers, your angels. Usually, you will have 1-2 spiritual guides if you came to work with ideas or concepts. However, if you came to work more with people, you may have contracted with 3 or more helpers to back you with your life purpose.

Remember, your purpose is not a vocation to work with children, animals or your profession or trade. The real purpose in life is all about an inner spiritual message you came to share with others, although it is most important to live that philosophy for yourself first. Being loyal to yourself is the key to being successful on planet Earth.

Your discernment will be like a steering wheel during this time as well. When someone around you gets their energy off, gently show them how much you care, but let them also know they have to be responsible for how they feel. You cannot make them happy or driven. They need to do this for themselves. Relationships where you are leaning on another person never work. Everyone has to be responsible for standing on their own two feet and deciding what they want to be involved with.

If you are benevolent and help people be the best they can be, you will be very successful during the next few months. Just do not get personally involved with troubles created by other people or let them take advantage of you. Do not take no for an answer. As long you keep your facts straight, you will have the best time of your life.

This spring, as new life sprouts and generates high energy, you can put your power to the test.  No matter where in the order of your spiritual gifts your clairaudience falls, bring it out and make it work really well for you!

When you are alert and in tune with yourself, you are in a state of being awakened. During the entire year of 2012, you will have a great opportunity to flow in a direction your true inner sensitivity takes you to be present and enjoy every moment. Because it is most important how you do what you do, the more time you take to utilize all of your abilities, the more fulfilling and rewarding it will be. Here are a few hints on how to know what is really taking place below the surface of your every experience. Get ready to have your very best year yet.

How this energy affects you in your personal life:
If your life has been moving so fast you are not even sure what is really happening, you need to take back your control. Everything happens for a reason and if you do not awaken to what is really going on, you may miss an opportunity to clarify things better and learn even more. Despite of what it may seem, you are holding the reins and steering your life wherever you want it to take you. In the event you may have delegated this to someone else, take it back. Since no one can live your life for you, they should not make your decisions. 2012 will be a powerful year and it will bring a lot to you if you keep a close watch on: what is in it for me spiritually? Set goals on what you would like to achieve for yourself and how it positively impacts others. Your spiritual growth is all you will take with you when you pass on and you can really make it count if you look deeper, keep it simpler and always be clear who are you doing it for and why. You are your own boss. Set yourself up to experience the biggest everlasting success ever.

How this energy affects you in your business life:
The first fact to awaken to this year is that true business does not mean work. The spiritual side of your service is being there to share with others in order to inspire them as you reap an inner reward. This means much more than simply laboring for the money. This year, you will want to look at what you are engaging in and commit your energy to developing and offering your unique input. Your time has come. Organize yourself to do what you love by making it practical. Ask for help and the backing will be there. There is no limit to what you can achieve if you utilize all you have inside and create the best service you can. You will have a lot of fun if you do not notice all the effort it took to make it happen. 2012 is your green light. Do not sit and wait. Enjoy it!

How this energy affects you in your social life:
To awaken in your social life means to understand clearly where you stand with all your relationships, what role others play in your life and where the boundaries are between you and others. Most of your troubles start when you get mixed up with something that does not belong to you and you take it on as your own concern. Remember, what others are going through is their own opportunity to learn about themselves and just because you care does not mean you can steal it away from them. Be there with all of your encouragement, suggestions and support. Do not take their experience away by doing it for them and burdening yourself. You cannot accomplish this without communicating clearly and sharing openly. This will also help you see who cares enough to respond back and offer the same warmth and openness to you. You deserve to be surrounded by those who care about you as much as you care about them. It starts with you respecting yourself first.

What is a Spiritual Year?

Believe it or not, only the calendar New Year begins on January 1^st. Each year, the new spiritual energy starts moving in on September 1^st and lasts through August 31^st of the following year.

This is when the new school year starts and summer holidays come to a close. Summertime is when the energy winds down and many people are out enjoying the warm weather or taking much-needed vacations. In Europe, most shops close for the entire month of August to regroup and come back refreshed.

This fresh energy is very motivating and most people set new goals and aspirations of what they want to accomplish throughout the new spiritual year. Just think about it – when do you start planning new projects and feel as if you have a new lease on life? Is it during December or January after the holidays? Or is it when you feel the autumn (or spring if you are down-under) when the energy is alive with activity?

Plan Your New Spiritual Year

Now, what is the spiritual energy flowing through the planet from September 1, 2011 through August 31, 2012?

MOBILIZE

This energy is especially important because it will motivate you to accomplish what you have been planning over the last year. Because the energy of the last spiritual year was PREPARATION, you may have been going through a growth or transition period in your life.  It prepared you for what is coming up this year.

This year is all about moving into action and not looking back. You may have developed personal, business or social systems that worked for you in the past, but need refining or refreshing now. Do not doubt yourself because you will have an opportunity to totally upgrade every aspect of your life – from top to bottom!

Here are three questions you can ask yourself to get ready for what is coming up:

1. What is my main personal (and/or spiritual) direction and goals for the new spiritual year?
2. What is my main business direction and goals for the new spiritual year?
3. What is my main social direction and goals for the new spiritual year?

Hint: Write down specifically what you want to accomplish and why.

Reminder:
Personal (or spiritual goals) are what you want to learn personally for yourself, business goals are how you want to be more of service to people and social goals will reflect how you want to communicate better with your loved ones, friends and others.

How the Spiritual Gifts follow the Seasons

Throughout the year, the spiritual calendar relates to the four spiritual gifts and can be divided into the four seasons.

The prophetic gift takes over in the fall and is the big picture when everyone starts new projects with lots of creativity, inner devotion and passion. This is where you begin to manage and set the energy for each one of your goals and objectives by looking at all of the possibilities available to you. You will have an inner knowing that anything is possible – and if you are having fun – you will always be on the right track. It is important to focus on one project at a time so you do not get scattered or disorganized. This is a softer energy where your creativity transcends any doubts or limitations you may have allowing your full potential to come alive.

The clairvoyant gift kicks in during the winter when you need to invest more time organizing the vision of what you are doing so it will be much more successful. Efficiency is the key to staying focused during the holidays so you do not get side-tracked or slowed down by trying to make everything perfect. The balance of your communication plays an important role by keeping empathy from turning into sympathy. It can be an emotional time if you indulge in too many concepts that do not belong to you. This is a very high and cool energy – especially when your timing is consistent.

In the spring, your clairaudient gift helps you delve more into getting all of the facts: what, when, where and why. As a result, you will overcome any challenges so everything you are endeavoring to accomplish can become a reality. If you allowed yourself to get disorganized in the winter, it will take you three months (January-March) to get back into your real true feelings. Keep things simple with this smooth and direct energy without becoming overly aggressive. Your power is to make swift and practical decisions. Once you set your mind to it, your fulfillment comes from making it happen.

Finally, in the summer, this is when you bring out your feeling or healing gift more. Let yourself heal from the previous nine months of activity by regrouping your experience. Wind down and take that much-needed vacation or spend more time with the family if possible. Do not try to push yourself during this period – as you will find that it is a little bit like paddling upstream. It is a warm and bubbly energy that inspires everyone to be involved. The healing gift gets down to all of the fine details and makes sure that everything is in place. This is a time to open up, enjoy life and belong to something greater than yourself. This way you can relax and be ready to plan and start the new spiritual year in September.

The energy flowing through planet Earth this year is a very inspiring one – Launch. How this energy affects you in your business life: Whatever you have planned to do in your business life, 2011 is the time to do it. Do not hold back or you may feel as if specific business opportunities have passed you by. Remember, your service to others is what brings the total fulfillment you are seeking. Sitting on top of a mountain and meditating rather than putting your ideas into action is too intellectual. The balance of your thoughts and your feelings — so you do not become semi-intellectual (thinking too much) or unbalanced in your feelings (emotional) — will be very important this year. Likewise, it is important to have an understanding for every experience and an experience for every thought or theory you have about what you want to do.
